New and expanded features with Krow Professional Services Automation (PSA) delivered in Q4 include:
Integration Hub – Krow is introducing the Integration Hub, a central repository to easily configurable and manage all integrations with Krow PSA. Krow delivers real-time, web-based integrations to a growing list of productivity, CRM, and financial applications including Sage Financials, Sage Intacct, Quickbooks, Xero, Oracle NetSuite, Accounting Seed, Slack, JIRA, and Zendesk. Krow is also launching expanded API’s across the solution for customers and partners to integrate and extend Krow.
New CRM Integrations – The latest release introduces new CRM integrations to Hubspot, PipeDrive, and Zendesk Base with this release. Now customers using these CRM applications can benefit from real-time integration including the synchronization of account and contact data and the ability to automatically create projects in Krow when a deal reaches a chosen stage in CRM. Customers of these CRM solutions can now deploy a seamless and integrated sales to service delivery process enabled by Krow.
Real-time Resource Availability – Krow continues to deliver the most innovative and comprehensive solution for resource management with the latest release. Now when scheduling resources to projects and tasks, the system will identify in real-time if the proposed scheduling will results in a conflict with all other projects, including displaying the conflict period and duration, prior to creation and before deciding to proceed with scheduling. In addition, a brand new project gantt split-screen calculates and displays resource availability during a task period taking into consideration all other project schedules, with availability updating in real-time as tasks are dragged or extended.
Enhanced Project Forecasting – The enhanced project forecasting includes a new page to run the forecasting process on-demand and review the results immediately. Additionally, revenue forecasting and actuals comparison has been enhanced to support all billing types – including the ability to forecast retainers, recurring payments, time & expense, fixed fee, % complete, installment, milestone billing, and more – delivering a real-time and accurate forecast of all services revenue.
Project Status Reporting – a brand new customer project status report is now available offering clients real-time access to project status, completed and upcoming tasks, hours and burn, risks and issues and more, available from a generated unique project URL, requiring no login or license for client access.
Billing Enhancements – The new release further expands on billing configuration including configurable invoice templates, enhanced invoice emailing options, and on-demand mass invoice generation.
