Do I need to be a Salesforce customer to use Krow?

No. Anyone can use Krow. There are many benefits with Krow if you are already a Salesforce CRM customer, but it is not a requirement.

What is a user?

A user is any person who uses the software, such as a project manager, employee, external consultant, or executive as example.

Do I need to pay for a year up front?

Yes.  All contracts are billed annually by default. New users added during the year are prorated based on the subscription period.

How do I buy?

When your ready to buy,  you can email us at sales@krowsoftware.com or call us at 1-844-GETKROW (844-438-5769) where we will confirm the number of users and proceed to send  you an electronic sales order for signature.
